I've got my garage back.........yippee!

I've managed to negotiate the hire of a garage (std 16' x 8') for £30/month for storing the cabriolet. Finally I can use my garage once again

I'm finishing some scheduled work on the mk4 (timing belt, water pump etc.) and then I'll tow it down there later today..............less than a mile away so nice and convenient

First job will be a damn good tidy out!

'real work' ...........talking of which, Hazel wasn't keen on the extra expenditure of £30/month. I managed to bribe her by pointing out that with the car out of the way I will have decent, clean and tidy workshop to use for getting jobs done around the house

got my golf in a COUNCIL garage and i cant even open the door have to push it out most days coz im too scared to drive to close to the wall

You know, that's bordering on depressing me. It's £75/mth cheaper than my house rent, and about 50% larger!
