Crappy Bosch batteries.......??
« on: 31 October 2006, 16:27 »
Bosch batteries are at least 40% more expensive than other brands and yet I have had two die on me within the two year warantee period...!

I only paid more because I thought they would be better...!

Has anyone else had bad experiences with Bosch car batteries or it is just a one off?

Thanking you in advance,

Jason.

I've just had a new Bosch alternator put on my Rallye so I hope their other products aren't as bad then.

I've no experience of Bosch batteries so I can't comment but you'd think they would be good though.
......now officially dubless.

ive used them in the past on my sisters Mk4, had it a year so far no probs. ive put another post up regarding a new BOSCH made Euro car parts battery with lifetime warrenty, as long as I get a replacement if it goes wrong, im not gonna complain! it was £10 cheaper than the BOSCH silver which is basically the same battery.
