Increasing performance (again)
« on: 23 May 2003, 05:47 »
Hi,

I posted a similar message before, but I think the amount I  am willing to spend was misunderstood. I can spend a few hundred pounds and I want to make my plain old mk3 1800 CL move a bit quicker, as it hardly moves at the moment ! Is there any thing I can do/any point ?

Cheers

Whats your current power out put.  I think the 1.8 started live as 75 bhp then up graded to 115.

You can try the usual things like gig bore exhaust + manifolds, Performance Air filter and airbox.

It starts to get a bit more expensive when you take the heads off!
