not a happy cabby
« on: 09 January 2004, 23:41 »
I finally lost my temper with it today. Car started cutting out about a week after I bought it. I new it needed some all round tidying and was up for the game but...

fine when running 20mph+ but cutting out whenever decreasing speed or stopping. timing was really fast but sorted loads of probs out.
Took it to a diagnostic and tuning guy on a tow, batt was low so I assumed they'd charge it, fix it, give it back.
Guy phones says its running and I can pick up only 4 hours later. Whoopee!
I turn ignition sounds good. Pay his wife (wants ?125 me thinking this is cheap!), hes not there so off I go and it brakes down 5 miles up the road. Same problem as b4.
The only thing I can see thats been done is the battery has been charged.
Ive lost my temper (at roundabout, peak hour) kicked a dent in my rear wing. Nice one, regretting now!
So any ideas? I just cant figure whats wrong with it?
