In accordance with requirements of Scection 1 of the Road Trsaffic Offenders Act 1988, notice is hereby given of intention to take proceedings against the DRIVER of the motovehicle identified below for the alleged offence at 11:26 on 15/10/2006. Om a road called A63 - HULL Motor vehicle J** *** was seen travelling at a speed of 46mph. Excess speed (40mph)

Yeah just pay up, i tried to bullsh!t my way out of a speeding fine and ended up getting 5 points and double the fine!  :angry:
