golf mk4 cant start

hie am just new and i wonder if this is the right place to solve my problem.
I have a golf mk4 1.4 2002 and it cant start. B4 this i was fixing my indicators aand the fuse was blown. i replaced the fuse and check all the fuses but they are ok. I dont know if its becoz of this.
anyone one to help!!

Is the engine turning over but not firing, or does nothing happen when you turn the key?

the engine turns like its about to start but cant run.
