liking the torque of the 8v...all the 16v's you drove then must have been scrappers

No one was a very nice straight standard one...
The 8v just seemed to have more torque, i know in reality they don't.
The 16v didn't really do anything for me..... They ALL felt pony after my BMW.
But if i wanted another BMW i'd have bought one though, they are fun in the dry but F***ing dangerus in the wet!
I had the choice between 8v and 16v, insurance is no problem (27 Full no claims), I recon 8v's to be the better drive

I was so impressed with the 8v.... not wanting to open the age old arguement!

you cant go wrong with a bit of royal blue

Yeah we like Royal Blue, but rarer is Nile green and Lhasa Green (Early Mk2s only) plus silvers and blue black.
There's a big thread over on E38 in the mk2 section on rare Mk2 colours at the mo.

isnt nile green a porsche colour. lhasa green was on mark 1's and very very very early mark 2's werent they?
