MOT Time - been spending ;)
« on: 13 October 2006, 10:29 »
Well I blew a hole in my savings today - but it's long over due and the MOT in pending so need a few new bits!

Here's my list of purchases so fair ....

1) Jamex Stainless coilovers & G60 mounts (£290 delivered for stainless can't be bad with warranty too!)
2) G60 front calipers -  drilled/grooved Discs all round, EBC greenstuff pads all round, mk4 rear calipers and braided hoses all round.
3) 5 x 15" Sebring on new 195 50 15's

Just need to get to work on the cosmetics soon - dam it's hard work being a perfectionist with your car as a daily drive !!

Chrome insert small bumpers - crystal lights and bonrath grill and spoiler here we come

'89 Monza Blue Valver
to quote a VW engineer, "the Mk1 was the prototype, the Mk2, the real thing!"

Where'd you order the coilies from? Been hearing a bit about these budget Jamex ones and fancy a set for the 8v as I can't stretch beyond the £300 mark.
