My name is peter i drive an 89 mk2 gti 1800 16v. i live in the netherlands and drive the car every day. I own the car for 4 years now, and i am love with it
I did alot of things on the car. Every technical part is rebuid over the years.

-eps exhaust RVS 2,5''
-4-2-1 header (supersprint)
-ported head
-ported throttle
-home made airbox with cold air suction
-Complete rebuild with new gaskets,injectors,seals,bolts,lifters,bearings etc
-home made oil pan protector(skid plate)

ground clearence 2cm

Porsche s4 195-40-16
Brakes:
stroeve 288mm omni sport brakes on the front
Mk4 gti 41mm on the back
Interior:
-golf 4 innerlight

-home made headlights with hella xenon
-g60 arches
-no handles
-black/white backlights
-no backwiper
-polo mk5 front wiper
-coated windows chromolux foliatex
I have some plans for the future:
-repaint same color
-new sort of suspesion system like airride but different (home made)
I like this forum. There are many mk2 people here and the style is different than in other places of the world. I want to know if you like it..
