am thinkign of using bio diesal in my 02 plate golf 100 pd just wondering if its safe what are the advantages disadvantages.
bio i hear is 100% safe and at 55p a litre is a fraction of the price.

i was just curious whether it was safe or not and everyoen tells me it is, its supposed to be compatible witht he newer diesla cars such as my neighbours 55 plate audi he says he gets  slightly less miles to gallon but same performance out of it at 55p a litre he fills his tank for 22 quid and does 450 miles. am fillign it up with bio tomorrow

have you seen those kits where you can make your own bio diesel?? how cool is that!!!

at 55p a litre what blend is it? and i'd check with vw i think b4 i tried it, don't you have to service your car more if you run on bio diesel?

Interesting, heard the name but never looked into it before, according to the list, there is a garage 2 miles from where I work, might give it a try.

don't you have to change the fuel filter more often as bio diesel is slightly thicker and therefore clogs it up ???  :undecided:

whats a fuel filter really 10 pound u save double that on a full tank anyway.

79p a litre for me works fine better performance just halfs ure life of a fuel filter, and u dont need to mix it click ont he link above its compatible with all tdi engines made by vdub from 96 onwards
