just bought a minty green mk1
« on: 29 September 2006, 18:52 »
evening people

Don't tell my girlfriend but I have just been seduced by the ebay devil. I am now the new owner of a minty green mk1 gls with only 77k on the clock. All of this for a cheeky £101!
My plan was to break her up but she seems in ok nick so I don't know whether to keep her.

What do you all think?

would anyone be interested in any bits and bobs?

dave

have a look at some of the snaps

MMMMmmm not too sure as it's got a few lumps out of it and too be honest I still haven't finished my 82 gti and my 79 campervan.
I might still be persuaded to change my mind.

looks like a no brainer to me, keep it, drop it (lots), chrome roof rack and some deeeeeeep wheels! Rat look style. Will look cool until you have finished your other projects, then restore it to its original best. Great buy for the money though!

thats the best mk3 ive seen..ever! its just clean and subtle..
