i copied that link and put it on the scirocco forum before and got slated by some other members saying that people care about the show more than they do the presenter!

thats not true!! Surely by saving Top Gear you are thinking of Richard Hammond cos you're helping to save his job!!!  :tongue:

If he came out of hospital to find out he had no job I reckon he'd be pretty pi$$ed off!!!

Clarkson said that now he knew the Hamster was going to be o.k. he would now begin the fight to make sure Hammond had a programme to come back to!

They won't stop Top Gear. It's too popular. It's just one of those knee jerk reactions that always happen after and big accident/disaster.
Remember after 9/11? no one was ever going to be able to make a film about airline disasters or exploding buildings again...yeah right.

Turns out RH was never that badly injured anyway. yes he had a brain injury but accoring to the news at 1 they held back details due to patient confidentiallity. He had bruising over the brain but no swelling and was pretty much all there, admittidley a bit shook up, after only a few hours.

well hopefully we will be seeing hammond and top gear on our tellys sooner rather than later.
