Can someone tell what type of valve caps come on the 18" Monza II's.....

Just checked the my tyre pressures, and found that I have 4 black plastic valve caps - all different.  Which makes me think that someone has nicked the originals...... but I can't remember what they were.

I can't imagine that anyone would want to nick 4 plastic valve caps and replace them with odd ones, so I'm assuming they weren't bog standard black plastic.

Should all be stainless steel, I have just had my car delivered with three stainless steel caps and one hexagonal cap with a nice black VW logo on the top !

 :angry: Some thieving pikey has nicked the two rear wheel valve caps off my car.  Plain plastic ones they were and they have left the front ones too  :undecided:

When we picked up the car it had no valve caps!  Stealer put on 4 plastic but i knew no better.  Car going in on Monday to have new window seal fitted due to wind noise (see other post) and i will be asking for correct ones to be provided!

Can't complain at £2 though.

Doc, can you figure out a way to electrify valve caps?

On a similar theme, how does the low tyre pressure system work? How does it read the pressure?
