vr6 conversion

Hi I own a mk2 golf 1990 and doing a vr6 conversion, and i was wondering if there is such a thing as a shopping list, or parts list available or maybe someone who has done a conversion themselves that can help me finding out which parts are needed and which parts are best. any help would be excellent. Take a look at VR6_ROB's thread in the project section, then you'll get an idea of what's to be bought and done.
