in layman terms, how do I get my pictures from my hard disc to the site. I need a step by step guide, please, thank you:)

go to
www.photobucket.com
register there and follow the instructions to upload your pictures.
Once you've uploaded them you will see your image with 3 lines of text underneath. Copy the 3rd line of text and paste it into your posts.
Voila; it should display your pictures.
