Im about to get mine done soon. I was just planning a panel filter (I went pipercross. Dunno if this was a good idea or not? but it RR'd with 156 BHP with the filter, on a AGU).
Anyway, I was just gonna do a cat-back exhaust (Miltek) then remap. But that would struggle to get the 200 BHP I was also looking for. Managed to track down a full Miltek system with sports cat for £400 though, and went for that.
So I then spoke to the guys at Star Performance, who said I might just break the 200 with a remap at that, but if I fitted the K03s turbo (From an AGU???) I could get closer to 230-240 BHP after the remap. So I decided I'm gonna wait until a 03s shows up then get the remap.
At the end of the day, its up to you, and how much you can afford. Because of the turbo (I beleive) in the AGU we struggle to get the 200 BHP. Hence why the revo remap only gives us 190 BHP to the 212 BHP on newer cars. I certainly don't wanna have to spend another £500 remapping once I fit the bigger turbo, so I'm waiting.
If your wanting to definatly break the 200, then try to source a k03s turbo first, then remap. If your only wanting to get there, then remap and exhaust may do it
