Help with my golf mk2
« on: 12 September 2006, 18:00 »
Hi all,
New to the site and need some help please!
Have a golf mk2 1300 1990 which requires new carb, model 2E3 Pierburg, but new costs 200 pounds which i find hard to justify for a 1.3 mk2 golf. Where can I source a second-hand or refurbed carb for around half the price?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Mark

There's a bloke on ebay who sells recon Pierburg 2e2s for under £100:

Might be worth asking if he does 2e3s too.

Wrong wheels and mine's Calypso not snot but it's close enough
