Right then, those of you that were at E38 and were probably bored of me going on about it know all about my not so secret secret. I don't have the car yet as I'm travelling to Cambridge tonight to pick it up, I'm also awaiting my keys to my new house so I will not be about much for the next week or so, but jv sent me some pics of it the other day and I thought it only fair to show you lot.ÂÂÂ
There's not much to say really other than I went to see it, fell in love with it, Nick who's selling it is such a sound guy that I nearly offered him the asking price without actually driving it !ÂÂÂ
Once jv and myself had taken it for a blast last Saturday then there was no way I was leaving without doing a deal, compared to the cab (oh and the camper
) it felt like I was driving a rocket !
It's red and to quote the girfriend, "It's a bit brash!" but that just makes me love it even more !ÂÂÂ
I'm not even going to try to tell you about the whistle of the supercharger !ÂÂÂ

Rallye muppet number four should be arriving at a forum near you in the very near future.
Plans are to run it as it is for a while, it's been fettled with the usual stuff, so chip (with 500rpm extra rev rangeÂÂÂ
), pulley, exhaust, ported & polished head with Autotech G60 cam so there's nothing to do engine wise without some serious coin, but I'll be on the look out for some nice new wheels around spring time. Hope you like it.
