hi i have just had a full magnex exhaust system fitted 2 my mk2 16v including 4-1 manifold but it sounds v.quite only just makes a diff so was wondering any ideas on making it louder?

Remove one of the middle box's or get a different back box

thanx was thinking bout trying a diff back box. do u know of any good 1s? will it fit ok?

its not about having a very loud exhaust,trust me!lol.ive been driving about in a car with a loud exhaust,sets of car alarms an stuff.it does your head in after a while.does sound the nuts in car parks and tunnels though........

i like havin a loud exhaust well not 2 loud but i liked the 1 i had on my driver but it was just a back box want the sound again

I got a scorpion system on my Gti and its very loud when givin it some and pops on the change down, can also be quiet when drivin sensibly. And thats with one centre box i used to get the gf's mum complaining when i pulled up cause she said the house vibrated lol. Gives a nice deep burble on idle to.

Just take the front silencer off and replace it with a straight bit of pipe.

dont exhausts take some time to bed in? then they become noisier.
