hi all, i'm new, a newbie. but what else is new is my gorgeous '86 mars red 5dr gti, i love it, Ive been a-hankering for a 'gowf' (thats how we pronounce in scotland) for a year now, and ive got one. may not b everyones taste  but i'm just glad to be back in a vw. anyway, enough of the tears. is there anyone knows if i can fit side skirts on my particular 5dr???? if so, any idea where to get some? please help!

The later 90 spec Big bumper GTIs had plastic sill skirts, but you need the arches and side trims to go with them.  You can fit the 90 spec trim without the big bumpers if you prefer smalls though :)
