Rear Wiper Relay help please

My rear wiper ain't working on my VR6, i've checked the cables and there's a supply to it, the motor etc is like brand new so i doubt that has packed in. So i'm reckoning its the relay.
Can anyone tell me which one i need to look for please?

one with 72 on it
Remove the wiper linkage from the motor and try again, perhaps the arm has siezed.

Removed the linkage and still not working
Where can i find the relay? Looked above the fuses but it ain't there...

Well thats where it should be, I think we may have found the problem
It should be in position 2, which is second from top left.  Its above the front wiper relay, which is #19 or 99.

If it was me I'd visit my local scrappy.  Any VW with a rear wiper should have a 72 relay
