got me vr6 but have a few questions.....

new to this section... cough cough....

reeto picked up me ebay bargin vr6 tonight....

orange light on on the dash... not abs as thats near light switch.. maybe a worn brake pad light? any ideas?

lock set.. could probably do with just new clips to hold the barrels in both doors, but id sooner get a set of 2nd hand locks for a 3door any ideas? as ebay has f all on at mo...

i hear there's a VW specialist near you that are fairly good, they also sell spares i belive....

call in, i'm sure they'd be happy to help......

Ive just changed locks on my VR6. Cost was £13 for each side from main stealer..
VW have upgraded the hook and loop to stop them breaking  so are bigger than orginal parts so cant inter change them. Job took about 5 mins each side.
Can tell you how to do if it your not sure just let me know.
Where on dash is orange light??

got my locks sorted thanks to 2nd poster on this thread..

orange light prob is worn brake pads so am gonna give em an overhaul next week front and back...
