Throw away that GPS and navigate by the stars and nautical charts.  As a mk 3 owner it feels strangely natural?

Others may slag mk3's off but if they only looked to see who's second in the VW Cup championship maybe the wouldn't be quite so critical

Martin Culley in his Vento VR6  http://www.imagevaults.co.uk/volkswagen/ra...6snetterton.htm
he won the last race at Snetterton, not bad going when you see what he's up against http://www.vw-cup.co.uk/cars.htm

I lost interest in the Vw cup after they rather deviously altered the rules in order to banish the Mk1 -  but then it had kind of become the Mk1 cup

well picked up me sailing boat tonight.....

didnt bother to test drive it or nowt as i could see it was 20 times better than i thought!!.. ill take some piccies tomorrow and bang em up... the bits i thought were gonna be bad are minor... on the plus side the aircon works, has and induction kit , lowered suspension (not sure what sort yet..), has remote central locking alarm, and the geezer couldnt be @rsed to remove his kenwood cd/mp3 player so i got that in with the deal along with half a tank of petrol!!! oh yeah it has a towbar... but im not removing as this is a bonus for towin me jetski at me dads..

few little niggles that ive gotta sort tomorrow before regular use.. but drove it back 40 miles and its fine tbh... pretty damn quick all the mfa etc works, front fogs the lot.

orange light on dash on some kind of brake pad low warning i think?
locks a bit dogey, both barrels fall out of door locks, some clips missing somewhere
and the remote for the central locking has a broken battery terminal that im gonna solder tomorrow...

will sort the locks and give it a quick wash before i pop to hardcores for a cuppa and take some pics...
