Hi Guys
Question for your thoughts, I have a V6 4Mo that was registered on the 01/09/09 2002 and have had a few problems lately one being a broken drive shaft and the other the glove box has packed (common fault apparently). I have noticed and addition in my Vw handbook that says all cars registered after 2001 have an additional 2 years warranty?
I was wondering if anyone else knows more about this?
Aslo what do you reckon is the best way to tackle VW on these 2 issues as my car has not covered more than 29K and so in my opinion these items should not have failed if their warranty will cover the part for upto 60K.
What do you guys reckon?
All help appreciated the car is in mint condition and I got to admit im pretty pi**ed off with this (this car was £23k odd brand new) so none of this should happen all my other golfs have been almost bulitt proof as far as breakages go (with the exception of the drivers side window mechs)
