Heater Matrix help

basically the car has been stood for 7mths without moving, and just trying to get it sorted before it goes for MOT next week, and theres a bloody huuuuge puddle in passenger side footwell, which im presuming is the heater matrix fooked, what i want to know is-

1. how hard is it to locate and remove/ replace

2. is it worth blanking it off til i get chance to change it cos i really need to get it MOT'd

cant believe its gone after all this bloody time, frigging heap of junk  :evil:

BLank it off for the MOT because it's an absolute sh!tter of a job.

Pull off the two hoses you see going into the bulkhead and join them together with a piece of copper pipe and some hose clips. Job's a gooden and who needs heating at this time of year?

just been and got a u bend pipe to blank it off, not that the heater matrix should fail an MOT mind  :smiley:
