split in the breather hose on the left side of the cam cover

I noticed this today as i was checking my oil. Can this cause any problems and does anybody kow how much a replacement is? Part number 037103493ak

The bit at the top with the two holes side by side is £11 . Mine had gone at the top , i doubt the other will be expensive

I'd justr tape it up with some proper duck tape for now, and hunt around your local scrappies.  Its not a majorly important hose, but they can be very expensive from the dealer!

Yeah tell me about it!, I went to the dealers as mine was split was told they had modified the part because of this and the grand total for the said B Tube(part 037 103 213 B)was £31.99 +VAT  The hose you've mentioned in question Chris is as adyh pointed out is £11 +VAT from the stealers but you should be able to find a decent one knocking about at a breakers.

I dont think that £11 is that bad , remembering you are getting a new part , but get them to give you a jubilee clip as well , the original clip rarely ever works again .
