well iam not sure what to do really, my engine (2.0 8v) is quite boring really and although i do feel its quite nippy for 115bhp iam now wanting more power, I was interested in supercharging my engine but with 112k miles on it (even tho it drives like new) was wondering how long it will last, and also nobody mods the 2.0 engine so it would be cool to do it and be different..

But ive always like the sound the VR6 engine makes and after watching these 2 vids I like the idea of a turbo on it too lol

interesting idea   hope you can afford the petrol to go with it though

i know on the ukmivs site someone has transplanted a V6 from the 4MO into a 1.6 creating a FWD V6

not considered trading in for a 1.8T or is it a case of u love your car too much? or go for an R32 and get a bolt on turbo kit

I'd love to see the supercharger on the 2.0 and with uprated internals it will be stronger and better than new. Although an engine exchange from any other mk4 will be much quicker to fit, much cheaper and probably result in similar power but then again you got to find one.

you can't buy a VR6T,  you have to make it yourself.

There are a few about so asking their owners would be a good start. The VR6T's do produce very good power figures and I wouldn't really want to put one into a FWD car...
