Can someone plz help me out? I keep hearing and reading about the term 'stretched rubber' (tyres) wot does this mean and wot does it involve?

i dont know what it means but I know i have them on my wheels - they look like they dont touch the wall of the wheel - like they could spin round the wheel by themselves but thankfully they dont

streeetch... its basicly fitting a narrower profile tyre on a wide rim to keep the tread under the arches to keep it legal. if you stretch too much it can become dangerous, a little bit is ok and kinda cool!

if you do stretch too much they have a tendency to pop off the rim
