just got a black mk3 1.4 '94 L reg and want 2 do it up a bit. im not sure what i want to do yet so suggestions would be great. im mainly looking at exterior mods but interior and tuning is a possibility. i got a low budget so pleases help me out. any offers on stuff will b appreciated but please dnt offer things without pics

I helped a geezer that works for me get a 1.4,and did all the service work. I wouldn't do anything to it engine wise as its not really worth it, the car could do with a stiffened suspension though.

roughly how much would that cost, what does it do, where do i get it and how do i fit it

Go get a suspension kit (not from GSF they are crap) and get it fitted. Kit should be about 300 quid. Fitting will cost more.
