too right!!!!, have ya seen me new sig rich!! hey i tryin to learn to do this onme own!!!!!!, thanks for hostin my old one and the work u did matey!!!, was gonna take some new snaps tomorrow and try something else but theres about 2" of snow on me cars at the mo!! :D

I can confirm the following

1. My car (the mk1) is a 100% standard Mk1 1.8 with 112bhp.
2. The Mk4 was a 180bhp 1.8T
3. It was 1/5 of a mile not 1/4

In observation

1. The mk4 was really poor at starting, but better with the ASR turned off.
2. It was gaining very rapidly on the mk1 at the end of the 1/5 and the 1/4 was virtually identical
3. There was some 'serious' politics going on between the BBC and VW about the outcome, can't say more at the moment!
