I thought I'd join to do some research. I'm buying a VW Golf Mk3 1.8 GL
off a mate in a couple of weeks as a second car, my car (to alter as I see fit). I'm a keen Car PCer and currently have a PC in my 2003 Ford Focus that is to be transferred and fabricated into the VW Golf Mk3. I found the Ford Focus owners club (FFOC) a valuable resource and I have been recommended GolfGTI as the VW Golf equivalent.
I know it's not a GTi but I know there are VW experts
that frequent this forum and are able to give the benefits of their knowledge and experience to the likes of me
