How to refit GTi 2.0L 16v Starter motor

Good day people!! :laugh:

I'm From South Africa :evil: ......I removed my starter motor to repair it!when I wanted to refit it A big problem!!!the mounting plate doesn't line up any more!!!I've noticed the mounting plate is connected to the anti-rollbar!!!

Somebody help me!!!!!give me some advise how to refit my starter motor!!!!

You probably need to jack up the engine a bit, the bolts to the starter normally attach to the front engine mounting :)

Thanks it worked  :smiley:   !!!!!
Maybe any tips on making it faster from 0-100km/h without spending a fortune on stuff!!!!

remove everything apart from 1 seat and a steering wheel. you'll go faster then! and it's free :D
