Help!! Polo Gt!

Rite..if anyone knows anything about these little feckers..can u please be online tonight and add me to ya msn (DL7841@HOTMAIL.COM) so i can chew your ear off..
or...
if anyone has any clues as to why it turns over..and then slowly dies whilst tryin to drive it (within about two mins) please post it here as it is doing my head in..
also if anyone has any tips or a how-to on changin the clutch, wud be very grateful..

to change the clutch:
remove the gearbox, change the clutch, refit the gearbox...

well..i know the basics but i meant any bits that mite be difficult...

difficult bits are getting the gearbox off and putting it back on. you'll need 2 jacks, maybe a friend, a lot of pactience/alcoholic drinks (delete one).

never done a polo clutch before. did a passat one last week and that was a total mare! Golf ones are easier.

how-to change a clutch?

I just gave you the how to lol. a very cut down version...

it's easy. just remove the gearbox and you'll see the clutch there. replace it and refit the gearbox and then reattach all the bits you took off it like clutch cable and gear linkages.

also the engine may drop due to some of the engine mounts being on the gearbox so you might want to support that with a jack.

rite...wot about why for its cuttin out smarty pants?! and wot size starkey do i need to remove the drive-shaft?

I've never worked on a polo, but I'll take a stab in the dark and say M8 like a mk2 golf...
