if you`ve got his address phone the police, i think they`ll have to investigate if a couple of you complain. probably not the easiest way to do it, but other people will think twice about not posting stuff when it`s been paid for

If you want to go down that route I would advise that you get proof that the person in question received the money you paid to them.

I have read all the thread and no I wouldn't post goods I hadn't received payment for but the point is this if you want to get the police involved you will have to be able to prove that the seller has received payment for the goods you are waiting for, if you knew anything about the law you would know its not what you know but what you can prove that matters. What was said and who said it is irrelevant without evidence to support the accusation made, if as your post would suggest you think the goods have been posted the royal mail should be contacted before the police.  :rolleyes: :wink:

I can prove I sent the money.If i contact the police could they get his address out of the bank?
