Front strut lowering caps
« on: 29 June 2006, 10:37 »
Hi

Does anyone know where I can get hold of some 20mm lowering strut caps for my MK1?
I am going to put orignal springs back on, but want to lower the front by 20mm to try and get rid of the understeer, which on my lowering kit it does a lot.

Thank you for any ideas,

kraM

I know Venom do lowering caps, as I got myself a set from them.. not too sure if they do ones for the Mk1 mind, think they only cover Mk2-Mk4. Suppose you could try them and ask if they know a retailer that stocks them :)

**EDIT** Done a quick google search out of interest and found some Bonrath ones which will lower 15mm for Mk1 upwards.. link below
