Should i sell my mk1
« on: 28 June 2006, 12:45 »
Been thinkin of selling my mk1 as its being used daily and its not 100% suited to that where i live and i cant afford to run to 2 cars, even a banger, but im not 100% sure as the car is what ive wanted for ages, colour i want, mods i want, as fast as i want, so i cant make my mind up.

Would contemplate a mk3 vr6 or mk2 vr6, mk2 20v turbo or a standard mk1 cab sportline.

But im so confused.

What are other peoples opinions??

Have a lie down in the shade, the sun is obviously having a negative effect on your brain

Don't do it! If you were saying it because you need a dull family car or something I could maybe understand but all those cars you have listed are not going to be any more suitable/practical

Just fit a quieter exhaust, drop the seat down a bit and sit on a cushion...

Its not the exhaust its the eninge there is no pipe to run the excess boost back to the charger so it just vents it out the back of the engine (and no i cant fit the pipe dur to all the piping being custom made and im not buyin it all again)

If i sell it would be up for 4k (and definately worth it charger only 6k miles on it recon gbox expensive wheels 1k from dubmeister, coilovers, arbs, seats and steering wheel colour coded to hoses under bonnet, and its fastttttttttttttttttttttttttttt )
