1.6 carb goes to cut out on right hand corners

anyone got any ideas? if i cruise the corner its fine, but if i touch the throttle it turns into skippy, kangaroo's

going right will send the fuel away from the pickup, I suspect your fuel pump may be getting weak, or perhaps the accumulator is missing!
Edit: Could alco be an air leak, check the carb sealing flange. Wiggle the carb whilst its sat idling, and spray WD40 around the base.  If the idle changed you have found your air leak :)
Have a good look at all your vacuum hoses too.
