not the best of days for me today .  parked up somewhere for 20 minutes, got back to my car to find rear side window smashed in. CD player and head unit nicked, Digital camera, sony PSP, my bag with all this years college work inside it. oh and all my CD's. bah if i ever find out who did this  !!!! gonna try my best with insurance company but i bet they try f*ck me over. cant believe it was done in daylight with so many people around that area. most likly answer is chav's but hey...cant blame em for everything.

No, you can't blame chavs for everything, but I think some of that was your fault tbh.
NEVER leave valubles in the car ! It also helps if you leave the glovebox open too.

yeah i never leave valubles in the car but i thought surly it will be fine for 20 mins. turns out i was wrong lol.

yeah they're bastards I know. And there will allways be !
You only learn by you mistakes I guess. Remember you have a desirable car which attracts them. Once attracted they will take a chance at anything. All you can do is remove valubles, leave the glovebox open (so they can see inside) and get an alarm.

tom, thats sh!t babe! where were u parked? in york? hmmm... i never leave anything on display in my car, carry my stereo about with me, (my mates think im mad) thats such a shame! u can get a simple alarm for about £30 i think - simple 3 wire easy fit! do you need to go thru insurance? guess os for insurance!? piggots will have spare glass! i got mine for next to nothing! 

hope you have everything declaread on the car darl too! trim change etc, cos they may decide not to pay out! cos yours is a 1.3 or 1.6? not the gti?

gutted for ya dude,i dont even take real cds in my car,burn the real 1 and ruin a copy or incase nicked,oppertunists tho,digi cam and psp!crazy for leaving them in the car!i dont leave nuffin of value in mine and ive got a clifford! hope you get it sorted tho,i got stung with a cav gsi i had years ago,never got no payout and they nicked everything!!live and learn,shame ures was the hard way!
