see this 12 point triple square bit on a lot of golfs its the 12 point torx lookl a liek was thinking of buying a set of them
anyone know where to get them from online and also what the proper name for the torx look alike is called

i think youre talking about a "spline bolt" bud...

they look similar to a torx but have more "splines"??!!

the set will set you back approx £20 from Halfords...

but ive been told they are cheaper if you get them from a motor factors (typical...i'd just bought a set )

just curious, but what are you taking apart with them??  :huh: :smiley:

nothing much just seen them type of bolts everywhere thought they mite coem in handy one day
