What Polish to use?

Actually do you know what, it might be pants for paint but T-CUT is fooking brilliant on polished alloys

Liquid gold is a shampoo made by meguires rob. Haven't used it, but i use zymol car shampoo instead. That is rather good.

Paul - trained for a 3 years or so when i was younger, then stopped, Now back training, but nothing heavy, just want to get the old physique back.

Use the following
Meguiars Trim cleaner (a back to black type product)
Meguiars Gold class polish
Meguiars Quick detailer and clay bar
Autogym shampoo

I can't stand Autoglym super resin polish due to the dust it makes so I switched to some sort of Turtle wax stuff which was even worse and then tried Meguiars, see pics below and the effort needed was minimal, need I say more 

Oh and if you want a good wax, the only one to use is proper 100% carnuba wax which is bit costly but i'll be getting some at some point

Well i went to Halfords and got my shopping list...

Did the roof on my car tonight, i am so impressed with the Autoglym stuff, left a lovely finish, shall do the rest of the car over the weekend.. shall put some pics up.

It took me about an hour and a half just to do just the roof last night, thats 2 coats of Safecut and 2 coats of polish. With what matey matey say id still be there now...  . Agreed if your body work is in poor condition a polish like that will certainly bring it back to life but how far car a 17 year old car be brought back to life???
