Freezing in 8V

Hi I Really hope some one can help as my heaters have packed up. The engine temp is fine but there is very little hot air coming out of the vents. I am not loosing water and the level is spot on. I am thinking maybe a blocked or faulty matrix. any ideas ppl thanks

Is there any air coming out? just cold? try replacing the bypass valve if you are only getting cold air.

where or what is a by pass valve?? please excuse my thickness on this matter

Look at the 2 hoses that go into the bulkhead by the expansion tank, these go into the matrix and the bypass hose sits between these.

well I would prefer fish than freezing . Aint no fish in my car 4 ages
