What size and tool do i need to remove the gearbox oil plug?

17mm if you mean the fill & drain plugs.  If you mean the big green one in the top to check the flywheel (its NOT a fill hole!!!) Then I think its 24mm or something like that.  Sorry if you didn't mean the green plug, but its a common mistake to make so thought I should check ;)
