Wax in trim?
« on: 22 May 2006, 19:43 »
Hi

I waxed the car a few weeks ago and got some wax on the black trim of my car. Everytime it rains it shows up. Tried wiping it to polish if off but no joy.

Does anyone know how I can get my black trim black again ?

p.s. I used turtle wax for metalic paint.

Cheers

I find that  Autoglym bumper care is very good but make sure you give the area a really good clean and scrub up to get off as much polish as you can before putting anything else on top of it, it mite take a few goes but is seems to work eventually
