Factory Fitted Wheels???

Ive got a question thats been bugging me ever since i brought my car, wondered if anyone could shed some light on it for me. i drive a 89 8valver, and the wheels on it are 14" BBS style wheels made by TSW. however the Internal bore or the wheel is the same as any OE alloy, so no spigot ring required. i wondered if anyone had seen anything similar, or knows if this was some kind of a factory fit alloy?

you don't always need a spiggot ring to get alloys onto cars. Sometimes they just fit, or possibly they can be machined to fit specific cars.

original wheels usually do fit without rings as they're made exactly for the car.

doubt they are factory to be honest, sound a bit like hockenheim r's..

they look incrediblly similar to the style of the BBS RM, only there a single piece, and have a big hex shaped TSW logo instead of a BBS, ill try n post a pic

Hi, are you sure they're not bbs with tsw logo's, what's stamped on the face of the wheel under the centre cap?
