I got it off ebay, I assume you can get em from VAG? If so give the guys at
www.gpcvwaudi.com
a call, they sell genuine VAG kit for proper prices!

Oh and Dubslug I have not got a clue what arches I have but assume they are standard as they were bought as part of a kit by the previous owner. He spent absolutely sh!t loads on it and I have all the receipts to show for it

look like standard '90 spec GTI arches to me
on a different tangent with your light problem, have you got an alarm on there? some alarms, Clifford for example, introduce that interior light delay themselves

Nah no alarm, just a cat 2 immob.
I was wondering if I could maybe take the light apart n rewire it to remove the delay thingy as it works perfectly apart from not coming on when the doors are open ??
