so the strut isn't really worth i then? :-\

Some1 I know has had their engine steam cleaned and it looks really good.... anyone know of any1 in kent who could do this as my cars looking a bit mank under the bonnet....

Strut braces won't do alot unless you run on on the front and on the back. Next time you are driving stick your hand out the window and feel the seem of where the door meets the body of the car. give the wheel a shake side to side and you will feel that gap close and open a little bit.  Strut braces will stiffen the body a bit and take a little of that out. you would be beetter off spending money on anti-roll bars though as those you tell a difference on.  :)
