Has any come across this.
99 GTI Turbo. At about 3500/4000 revs in 3rd/4th gear the revs (sound) like they are maxing out.
Then they drop about 500/1000 revs and the car picks up the way a TDI does. Basically like a rocket.  any ideas. ? Tks
