This is probably a question for Vmd. Out of curiosity, what happens during the ordering process?
Once i had agreed on the price for my gti, the salesman filled in a order form with my details and the part x details on the left. He then "scribbled in" my factory fitted options in not too legible writing on the right! How does this info reach Germany? cos, frankly, if this is faxed I'm not going to get what I asked for!
