Tbh the only thing i can think of that would be easy to incorporate into day to day business would be wheel prepping/spraying/shot blasting etc. I think if you try to diversify too much then you will become swamped and we all know what happens to businesses when they take on more than they can initially handle.

Perhaps just getting the jobs done to the standard that you want them too, get some capital back and clear some overheads and then think about moving into different fields, maybe dub repairs, dash conversions. I know i am sounding like a right boring tw@t but it's better to get possible risks covered before venturing onto uncommon ground.

funnily enough, we bought the ingredients for a shot blasting cabinet today, as wheel re-furbs is another thing were gonna offer, also centre coding etc  :smug:, spent another fortune on gear and picked the compressor up, think it's big enough to paint the world, got loads more built, all the plaster board up, we'll have doors and windows fitted 2morrow, it's really cracking on now..... :smiley:

yeah to what slick says, get some good known cars done to a really high standard and then hope to get the mainstream business rolling in :afro:

On a less serious note we had the first dubfactory cruise today it was attended by me and hardcor3  :rolleyes:
the g60 and the vr6 got a good work out  :evil:
