no i dont think so cos the sensors are different. however take the top off the expansion tank and then it wont pressurise the system and the water wont piss out so much. however keep a close eyes on your water level. i drove nearly 50 miles like this with no bother.
u should then be able to get to a dealer for a part (think about15quid) on halfrauds for sealing tape as a stop gap till after the bank holiday.

where are you in the country?

the top off the expansion tank will allow u to drive it a bit as long as u take it eassy and dont rag it. try the 1.3 ones may get u out of the sh!t for a couple of days

no problem bud

i am goin to get soldering iron out tonight
see if i can patch up the crack by melting platic onto it
and boltl it back on

i put a gasket on with it aswell which was not right one
but it fit the bolt holes
that could be a cause of it leaking more

so i will sand the head and the flange and try patch it up for now
see if i can get that gasket putty stuff i seen

I'm pretty sure GSF sell them. Sure I have replaced them in the past.

i changed main flange with sensors in
no leaks so im happy there

went to take flange off the ride hand side of the head as that was leaking
undid the top bolt

bottom one seems rounded off someone has had a crack at it before
so how do i get this bolt off its in aukward place to?

help would be great cheers
